AbeBooks Helps Booksellers List on Amazon.com Auctionbytes

AbeBooks.com will better booksellers list products on Amazon.com through its new Channel Program. Booksellers wishing to participate must have a five-big name rating on AbeBooks and must have sold books using AbeBooks for at least six months. The AbeBooks Channel Program pilot is initially introduce to U.S.-based sellers and will end in the summer.

AbeBooks previously offered its booksellers the opportunity to list books on Amazon.com and that program, which operated from 2002 to 2005, ended when AbeBooks unconditional to concentrate on growing its own business. AbeBooks said Amazon's acquisition of its business in December 2008 "reopened" the door for implementing a new program.

Orders placed with Medium Program participants through Amazon.com are tracked via the existing AbeBooks order management system, and sellers can manage their inventory question and quickly from their AbeBooks accounts without having to master a new system.
