The narrative does unfold at the end of the 19th century in Blackmoor, England, a small town seemingly surrounded by fog all the interval. Call Stephen King. Ben Talbot (Simon Merrells) has been killed by a vicious creature, and his brother Lawrence (Benicio del Toro) is summoned by Gwen Conliffe (Emily Dull), Ben�s former fiancée, to return home. Initially, he only hears of Ben being missing, but arrives with renewed strain between he and his father Sir John (Anthony Hopkins), who informs him that Ben�s body was found, mutilated. He wants to find out what happened to his fellow, and his hunt leads him to a gypsy camp. While there he is attacked by a werewolf, possibly the same monster responsible for Ben�s ruin. The wounds Lawrence sustains heal quickly and he begins to have nightmares. Villagers that know he was bitten try to silence him in fear that he will become a beast at the next full moon. Indeed when that moment comes, Lawrence changes into a werewolf that promptly wreaks
